On the road to pursing your dreams there WILL be MANY challenges, but stay focused and stay hungry. It won’t be easy but it will be worth it. Here are some techniques what worked for me and I’m sure they’ll work for you too!
Four years after the release of my first book, my 2nd one is now available to you all. Since I was a child, writing has always been an outlet for me. I kept dairies and was always more comfortable writing down my emotions rather than talking with someone. With that said, with just a little motivation from my girlfriends and one of my mentors, my first book: A GOAL DIGGER’S GUIDE – HOW TO GET WHAT YOU WANT WITHOUT GIVING IT UP, was born. Thanks to you all it is still a success today. Naturally everyone thought that I was going to follow up with part 2 but I after receiving emails from women all over the world and seeing that their number 1 problem was getting over a man…I decided to put out this book: THE BREAK UP GUIDE – HOW TO GET OVER IT IN HALF THE TIME. I hope this one helps you out as much as the first one did. it’s available on the #Kindle, so spread the word! Love you all #Muah
I want to thank all my ladies for coming out this weekend and celebrating my #birthday with me. It’s amazing when #BlackWomen can just get along and have a great time!#NoDrama in my circle #Positive #Productive #People only

Pretty women can’t cook…or so men think.
I just smile and laugh in my head when men look at me and say they can’t even see me in the kitchen. Come on…I was raised in Jamaica, my grand father was a farmer, we raised our own chicken and cows. It was mandatory that we made our aprons in my Home Econnomic class at my all-girl boarding school. I’m very domesticated…but only those who earn my cooking, get to taste my cooking…till then “Waiter…he said he’ll get the check” ; )
