Often people settle with “Mr. Good”, or “Mr. Good Enough”…robbing themselves of greatness.  They ask themselves why cant I find Mr. Great, not realizing its because “Good” & “Good Enough” is in “Great’s” bed!

You’ll never get what you DESERVE until you let you of what you CURRENTLY have….Make room…and better will come. I promise you!…You don’t have to worry about who and how…just make room baby ; )

Ps…Its not going to be easy either, but its necessary! There are going to be times when you second guess yourself and times when you find yourself saying “but he’s a good dude”…There are times you’ll break a heart by walking away and yours may ache also in that walking away process…but you know what??  What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger…because it doesn’t mean you’re lonely when you’re alone…its better to be alone than in bad…or even ‘good enough’ company.

The days you get worn down and feel like settling, think of all the sacrifices you made, the obstacles you’ve overcome, the struggles you went through and all your accomplishments as a woman; think of the man you want, the life you want…you deserve THE BEST…not mediocrity! You deserve someone who will PROFESS their love, PROTECT & PROVIDE, you deserve someone who will make you PROUD.

I made a promise long ago to never settle for less than I deserve….it has not been easy but today I can proudly say…I’m doing it : )

Any serious actor/actress has or is working on getting their SAG card. Trying to get a SAG card is pretty much like playing the lotto because there is really no set rules to follow in order to earn it. A few  short months after moving to Hollywood I earned my SAG card by being a dancer on The Game…which I was very grateful for because while living in Hollywood I met MANY struggling actresses who been trying for years to get their SAG card and have been unsuccessful. I’m glad that The Game started the petition to keep the show on air and were successful because it is a huge outlet for minority actors & actresses.

My number one thing to do is read books. Something about learning just turns me on.  One of the first books that I enjoyed reading (out of school) was Rich Dad, Poor Dad. From then on my thirst for knowledge just grew.  I mostly read self-help books.  I listed a few in this video…hopefully you’ll see some that you fall in love with.

Brooklyn born, Jamaica raised Baje is the last child of 10 and knows that it takes sacrifice, patience and dedication to achieve her goals. Her childhood dream was to excel in the entertainment industry and at age 18 she had her chance when she was scouted by a fashion coordinator at a runway show in Orlando Florida…since then she’s made her mark in the industry.

She began her career doing music videos and had the opportunity to work along side heavy weights such as Lil Wayne, Kayne West, T Pain, R Kelly, Akon, Plies, P Diddy, Fat Joe, Jay Holiday, Twister, Rick Ross and Nelly. She’s even hosted parties for Ne-yo, Jamie Foxx and Jay Z. She used videos only as a stepping-stone and has since then ventured into TV shows (such as Paris Hilton’s My New BFF, The Game, CSI Miami, Pushing Daisy’s) and movies (such as Old Dogs starring John Travolta and Robin Williams).

At age 21 Baje became the proud owner of Glitz and Glamour Talent and enjoys giving back and helping upcoming talent live out their dreams. Everything about her stands out – from her unique name to her boss like persona. You’ll be hearing more from this young entrepreneur because this is only the beginning. Look out for her first book in early 2009 A Gold Digger’s Guide (how to get what you want without giving it up).

This is one of the last men’s magazine that I did.  We shot in Los Angeles in a big dusty warehouse.  It had a rugged feel to it…but the pictures came out dope!

This was my first national tear sheet. Being in this publication opened many doors for me.      A model’s lifespan in the urban circuit is especially short because most don’t know how to market themselves effectively. Often times when I posed in or was interviewed in a magazine, I only agreed to do so if they ran an ad for one of my companies, or spotlighted a service or product that I offered. So even when the urban entertainment market was on the decline I wasn’t impacted much. #CrossPromotion
